How to Improve your Shoulder Internal Rotation

Shoulder Internal Rotation is a hot topic when it comes to overhead athletes, and rightfully so. Too much ROM without control can lead to injury just as much as to little ROM leading to compensation can.

However when we address the shoulder, we need to be careful of mindlessly stretching the shoulder into more internal rotation…but then the question becomes How do we improve Internal Rotation without cranking on it?
